Nylons, socks and stinky shoes make a good slave meal

Ill prepare a special slave meal for the slave today – I brought some of these little croissants, a pair of stinky nylon socks that have been worn a lot and another pair of already stinky gym socks … and my running shoes that have been soaked in my foot sweat so many times! Ill put the croissants in my nylon socks and then put on the socks and shoes on top – and then go for a nice long run! When Im done jogging, his meal will not only be completely flattened by my feet – but it will also be completely soaked in my foot sweat! After returning, I tell the slave what Ive prepared for him … and then proceed to unpack his slave meal in front of his eyes. Hes already disgusted when he smells the intense odor coming from my shoes and socks – but this wont help him – hell eat these flattened, sweat-soaked croissants completely!

I want to try out a step workout – and to make sure that it doesnt get boring for me, I brought along the slave … Ill use his hands as a “landing zone” for the various exercises! After only the first exercise, his hands are already glowing red … the rubber soles of my gym shoes just have the perfect grip on his skin and Im basically only jumping on his hands … which probably is really painful as well 😀 Anyway, Ive a bunch of exercises to try and the slave will have to endure them!
